No (I pre-ordered online), but did you get the Black Widow? If so, is it any good?

I don't like the black widow very much. It seems very weak. The ingame clan features aren't active yet. I've only played 3 different maps and variations of said maps. Haven't run into a game with 32 people yet just 16. It's really fun with teamwork involved. I've been playing with two other guys mostly. If you have any other questions go ahead and ask.

The mortar and Det-pack, well what are their purposes?
From what I understand the mortar is for anti-anything and det pack is for setting traps. Could you elaborate.

Oh, do not feel like editing, so here is another question.
What are some of the other maps like, and what is Titan Relay (the demo map) like with the full version? Oh, and what do you think of that one map that has the destroyed Star ship on it, just asking because it was the one map I played on way back in the Closed PC Beta.

I just tested out the mortars and I really liked them. You aim at the ground where you want it to land and it fires out of your suit with a loft. It does good damage. Det packs are essentially c4. You can play the way Titan Relay was set up in the demo version, but it has variations with different control points added. The one with the downed star ship is the one I have played the most so far. I prefer Titan Relay though. I'm finally getting used to the vehicle controls and the tank is a monster. Mostly only other tanks or huge groups of people can take those things down. Up to 4 people can man one at a time. With each one controlling different things. Driver/cannon, machine gun, rockets, mortars.

Scored it today at my gamestop also. It was the store I had pre-ordered at so I was lucky. My friend did at another store and is not releasing till tuesday. Seems most like to rush with MG that think they are any good. It's funny using sensor blocker and watching those who can't aim try to kill you. Oh and ya, mortars are sweet. They can be a seige weapon or heavy ass grenade.

Hey, is there anyway for people to stick together, like a party system like on Shadowrun, or is it just lobbies like Rainbow Six Vegas. Even if it was like a squad set-up, that would help us work on teamwork in game.

It's a lobby system just like the demo with teams broken into 5 man squads. I'm having trouble getting on the same team as other people on my friends list. Hopefully it will be different when we can start our own dedicated servers, or maybe it will recognize people in the same clan and put them on a team.

I hope so, or my workaround plan might work, decide upon the same prefered faction, and if you are on the same faction then go for the same squad. A friend of mine who wants this game, well I told him that we will be Gamma Squad, since it is probably the squad no one will go for.

That's a good idea with the prefered faction thing, but it probably only works when teams are even. Autobalance prevents one team from having 2 or more people than the other team.

And Beta and Zeta (there is a Zeta squad, right?) would likely be their back-ups, so GAMMA! Just hope we do not die of radiation being on there ...wow...that was a bad science joke...guess I should just go back to my studies ...
